Are the screw connections loosening? Are you not allowed to use adhesives? Can’t additional security elements be installed due to space constraints? The problem is solved by Safelock: An asymmetrical thread geometry developed and patented by DC SWISS.

Screw connections are often exposed to different vibrations and impacts, which can lead the connecting elements to detach. With conventional screw connections, the forces on the thread are absorbed over surfaces with the flank diameter. This leads to the effect that the initial threads have to take up significantly more load and the system is loaded unequal. With Safelock, the contact zone is reduced to a minimum and a spiral transmission of the connecting forces is made possible. The individual threads are subject to a significantly more balanced load - a self-locking screw connection! This advantage helps you to reduce the thread length, to achieve the same connection security with a lower tightening torque or to dispense with additional screw locks.

As part of a project, we offer you support in the design and manufacture of your screw connection with the Safelock system and support you in the prototype phase.
